I’ve usually been loyal to this brand, so I was kind of expecting a more comfortable ride. It wasn’t bad by any means, but the seats started feeling a little hard after a while, and the leg room was just okay. I’m still a fan overall, which is why I feel a bit torn, but this trip didn’t feel as comfy as I hoped it would.

After I booked, I barely heard anything from them. No real updates, and I had to be the one chasing for info. Feels like this always happens with these kinds of bookings, where they’re quick to take the reservation but then you’re left wondering what’s going on.

"Booking took way more effort than expected"
I tried booking through GO Express Travel it was more frustrating than it needed to be. The pages were slow, the steps weren’t super clear, and a couple of times I had to go back because the info I entered didn’t seem to save right.
By the end, I still wasn’t totally sure whether my reservation had actually gone through properly. Maybe other people have a smoother time with it, but for me it felt messier than...

"I was disappointed with this..."
I was disappointed with this ride. The driver came across as rude and seemed annoyed the entire time, which made the whole trip uncomfortable. When I asked a couple of questions, he barely responded, and it felt like he just wanted the ride to be over as quickly as possible. Definitely not the experience I was expecting, and I don’t think I’ll be using them again.

I tried getting help with my booking and it took forever for someone to get back to me. And when they finally did, it kinda seemed like they hadn’t even read what I wrote.
I had to keep following up just to get basic info, which got annoying fast. Not saying they’re the worst company or anything, but the support was a pain and yeah, I probably wouldn’t use them again.

The trip itself was fine, but I was disappointed with how the van looked when we got it. It didn’t seem like it had been cleaned very well, there were crumbs on the seats, the windows were smudged, and there was a strange smell inside. For what we paid, I really expected it to be in better condition.

I’ve booked with goexpresstravel.com about two times now, and both rides showed up right on time. One of the drivers texted me around pickup time, which was helpful. So far, they’ve been reliable and easy to use.

I felt uneasy the whole time. The driver was speeding, braking really hard, and didn’t seem to use turn signals much at all. I’m not sure if others have had a similar experience, but it definitely didn’t feel safe to me...

At first, I thought the prices on goexpresstravel.com were reasonable, so I was expecting to get a good deal. But once I got to checkout, all the extra fees changed that completely. The final price ended up being higher than I expected, and I later realized I could’ve booked the same trip for less somewhere else. It just didn’t feel worth it in the end, and I was frustrated by the gap between what I thought I was getting and what I actually paid. I don’t think I’d use them again...

Some of the routes work well for me and can be really convenient. That said, availability seems to change more than I’d like, so I don’t fully count on it unless I’ve checked ahead of time. I did have to adjust my plans once because a route wasn’t there when I needed it. It’s not a bad option, I just wish it felt a bit more dependable.
